The Course
Eight classes, and the practice at their heart
Where The Path of Gnosis takes twenty-two lessons, this course gathers the essentials into eight. It begins with the language of Gnosis, the art of listening without reacting, and the many selves within. It turns to love as the force that changes us, and to the vowels of the chakras and the powers of the soul. And it goes on to the creative energy, astral projection, past lives and the law of recurrence.
It is a course of practice above all. Every class holds a guided meditation of twenty minutes or more: non-doing, the key of SOL, a retrospection offered to the Divine Mother, the seven vowels, a meditation that rewinds this life. They are the heart of it, and they are yours to return to.
True awakening, authentic awakening happens from gradual, constant, consistent devotion to the truth.
Meditation is very simple. Only our mind makes it difficult.

Before you begin
How is it different from The Path of Gnosis?
The Path of Gnosis is the comprehensive course, twenty-two lessons. The Essence of Gnosis gathers the heart of the same tradition into eight classes, each built around a long guided practice, and goes into astral projection and past lives along the way.
Is this for beginners?
Yes. It begins from what Gnosis is, and builds week on week. It suits someone who wants the essentials and a daily practice more than the whole map.
Are the students’ questions included?
No. The classes were taught live, and the students’ questions and answers are left out, out of respect for their privacy. What remains is the teaching itself and every guided practice.
How long is it?
Eight classes, about ten hours in all, each with a guided practice of twenty minutes or more.
When was it taught?
Live on Zoom in 2025, to an international group that joined by application.
Where do I watch?
In the Astral Doorway app, on your phone or computer. The app is free, and it installs straight from your browser: there is nothing to find in an app store.
What is the refund policy?
