The Power of Kundalini

Why the chakras are already active but not yet awake, and why they open through the heart, never the thinking mind. The Kundalini as the Divine Mother, and a first practice: feeling the living body within.

About this course

The power of Kundalini

The chakras are already active in every one of us. What they are not, yet, is awake. The series begins there, and walks the seven centers from the root to the crown, one episode each: the nature of each center, what pulls it out of balance, and the practices that belong to it. The breath, a vowel for each center, mantras, visualization, and the patient observation of yourself.

Beneath it all is one idea. The chakras do not open by force, or by thinking about them. They open as the ego is understood, and the energy is coaxed, never pushed. By the crown, the vowels gathered along the way become one daily practice, and the last episode brings everything home, into work, family, and the people who test us: the gym of life.

How to walk it

Begin with the first episode and keep to the order: each one builds on the last. Start with a few quiet minutes a day: first relax, then breathe, then meditate, with a mantra if you wish.
