These are the simple terms for using this site, its courses, and its teachings. By using genehart.com, you agree to them.

The teachings

Everything shared here, in the courses, the books, and the videos, is offered for your own inner growth. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. The practices are gentle, but you take them up by your own choice and at your own pace. If you live with a medical or mental health condition, speak with a professional before beginning, and if a practice ever brings real distress, stop and seek support.

Courses and your access

When you enroll, you receive personal access to that course. Please keep your sign-in to yourself, and do not copy, share, or republish the recordings or materials. What each course includes, and for how long, is described on its page at the time you enroll.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. The refund terms for each course are shown on its page before you enroll. If anything is unclear, write first, and every question will be answered before you decide.

The work belongs to its author

The writing, recordings, images, and books on this site are the work of Gene Hart and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to quote a line or two with credit and a link back to genehart.com. For anything more, please ask.

Reflections you share

If you share a reflection through the Voices page, you allow it to be published on this site with the name and country you give. You can ask for it to be removed at any time.

Other sites

This site links to places such as Amazon, YouTube, and the Astral Doorway app. Those places have their own terms, and what happens there is outside this site’s control.

The limits of responsibility

This site is offered as it is, with care but without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, genehart.com is not responsible for indirect losses arising from its use.
