Awakening Gnosis

Gnosis is a Greek word for knowledge: not the knowledge of books, but the kind that comes from your own direct experience. These seven classes are the antechamber of the tradition, the beginning of the beginning. Each evening takes one subject, gives it plainly, and then puts it into practice in the room: relaxation and the breath, the key of SOL, a review of one’s whole life, the vowels of the chakras, protection before sleep, the Rune FA at sunrise, and a meditation to understand one ego.

Nothing here asks to be believed. The questions from the room are left in, and the invitation is the same in every class: test it in your own life, and see. After the seven lessons come five further talks that carry the same work into every hour of the day.
